Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order weight and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by your local government — these are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

During busy periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Our Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and safety, Good Skin Collection does not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at goodskincollection@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will do everything we can to make it right.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product's suitability for your skin type, our team is happy to help — just reach out before you order.

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us at goodskincollection@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, however we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.

Tracking can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch, particularly for international orders. If your tracking hasn't moved after 5 business days, please get in touch and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.
